Wow weekend, lots of books and even comics

Before too much time goes by I just wanted to thank everyone who helped us make this year's Aardvark Books at Ludlow Food Festival such a success. Massive love to the publishers who were without exception incredibly efficient, the wonderful chefs and authors with whom we worked - special kudos to the brilliant DJ BBQ - and to Katie Johnson of Wots Cooking and Hannah James, Festival organiser. We had the best time and it is so great to have Ludlow back in the calendar after the last two years of greyness.

Also thanks to the Abstract Edge group for making such a special Herefordshire Art Week for us. Our first exhibition for two years has been a delight from start to finish and the hanging day was the least fraught I have ever known. Great work which I am glad to say has found appreciative buyers.

Needless to say more and more books keep arriving - even classic Marvel and DC comics if you follow our Instagram feed - and I am trying to process them as quickly as I can. Finally, the last Aardvark event of the year will be our Sunday 24th October Car Boot. Yes there will be tons of stalls, yes there will be live music, yes it will, in Craig Revel Horwood's words, be AMAZING!
