Just received this email this morning. Makes it all worthwhile:

'I just wanted to write a thank you after having visited earlier this week. The current pandemic has made me extremely anxious, and as a result I've been unable to go out anywhere in months. After reading your blog post in response to a complaint, I felt sufficiently reassured that you would be keeping things safe to be able to venture out. I was impressed with the measures you'd taken, and was able to purchase a few books to enjoy. Thanks for being so sensible, and enabling me to have an enjoyable experience.'
