Extending deadline for job offer, 'The Garden', Sale Tent

We have had a good number of CV's sent us for the position at Aardvark, but we are still interested in receiving more. For this reason we have extended the application deadline until the 12th of February. So if you would like to work here - or know somebody who you think would be perfect - you now have two weeks to send in a CV and covering letter.

I am getting very excited about our exhibition 'The Garden' the private view for which will be from 5.30pm on the 24th March. It is lovely to welcome back Lottie O'Leary with some new garden-inspired work, and also to show Tony Hall's remarkable pots and Garry Jones's extraordinary ceramic animals. Garry Jones won the Design Gap 'Wow Factor' Award at the British Craft Trade Fair in 2009, and exhibits in galleries nationally, from the North of Scotland to Cornwall. The centre piece will be new work by Holly Brookes, (Winner "Young and Wild" category in David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year 2015)- which is very exciting for all of us who have worked alongside her for the last year.  The exhibition will be on for just over two weeks, ending on the 10th of April.

Because it was so cold when our sale started, we are keeping up the famous Aardvark £0.50 tent for another week until the 7th of February. There are lots of bargains and childrens books are only £0.20!
