Much too much to do

Much too much to do

Today is one of those days that one feels certain will lead to my head exploding. Ludlow Food Fair starts tomorrow and we are getting read to take our books over to set up our stand. We are doing a signing on the Saturday with local author John Challis, and will have other authors stepping by the stall.

 

At the same time we are also very busy with h.Art which has been busier this year than ever. As of last night we had had over 630 people through the exhibition, and with four days to go we are well on track to beat last year's total of 750. Sales have also been strong, with yesterday our best day for sales so far.

 

Also well underway is the selling part of this website, but due to changes in the shopping basket software we have hit another deadline. All very frustrating.

 

Finally this weekend is the launch of the Bookseller campaign 'Books are My Bag', a brilliant new campaigin to encourage people to support  their local bookshop. If you are a book lover who enjoys visiting bookshops please do go into a bookshop this weekend ( if you can come in to aardvark all the better ! )
