Back at work and busy making plans

Back in today after a lazy day off for me, and a trip to Swindon to get a new canopy on our truck for Arthur Aardvark. We missed a busy day yesterday with some good sales across the board.

 

Today we had a meeting first thing and went through all the arrangements for Frankfurt. Very excited about the books that we are buying, but it is always the chance to see publishers and titles with which one is unfamiliar which makes the fair so special. This year we are staying in a different hotel from usual, so lets hope we can find the odd bar and restaurant in the evening.

 

Watched the Great British Bake Off last night and steely eyed Paul Hollywood was back on form. Can't believe that it is now only six weeks until we will be arranging the book signings for him at the Flavours of Herefordshire Fair. We are expecting a really good audience, and since most of the fair is free you have no excuse for not coming along.
