Thanks for 'Presence of Absence' , More Books, Aardvark Books Sale

A big thank you to Anna Dreda, all our brilliant authors and the fantastic audience who made last Sunday's poetry day such a joy. Brilliant book sales, great reaction to the superb lunch created by Emma and so many positive messages from those who had come. It really felt as if the plague years had never happened.

This week I have been trying not to buy too many books - not entirely succeeding - as next week I am picking up my first big load of academic history for three years. Whilst we have had a lot of history books from academics it is nice to be back buying from publishers again. Expect a superb history overflow table when I get round to processing all the titles.

Mainly next week I will be getting ready for our brilliant Aardvark book sale which starts on the 2nd of July. Thousands of books at £0.50!
