Nestling in a magical circle of hills in the Welsh Marches and housed in 19th century former granaries, Aardvark Books is an Aladdin’s cave of new, second-hand and rare books, CD’s, maps, musical scores, DVD’s, greetings cards, gifts and much more. Browsers will discover books on every conceivable subject from Aardvarks to ZZ Top, online and in the bookshop.
Aardvark Books works with outside organisations to bring books and other products to a range of venues. Aardvark Books is the official bookseller for Ludlow Food Festival, can host school visits, and has organised a number of themed author events. If you are an organisation who would like to work with Aardvark, why not get in touch?
We normally hold a wide-ranging and varied programme of exhibitions. From showing unique antique maps to drawings by Royal Academicians, Aardvark offers a flexible venue to bring outstanding works to the people of the Marches.
